We got in touch with China customs - Here's what's next ...

Hey Groove Nation,
We're lucky to have partnered with RAD Consulting, because their team on the ground has been helping us locate our samples — an important step in this process so the factory has a perfectly working vest to serve as a benchmark for success, along with a vest that had a speaker issue that we'll need to make sure doesn't work it's way into any of your vests.

The factory is preparing some documents in order to claim the package. And I'll reach out again after we get some movement.

Here's what to expect

1 — The factory will claim the package
2 — The factory will trouble shoot the speakers for QC purposes
3 — Groove will receive a production timeline
4 —Groove will get packaging / carton sizes confirmed to explore expedited shipping options

A few personal updates

Drew just got a new pup named Mack! I got engaged :) and Miles is still a bossman.

I've been doing lots of river surfing with the one sample we've got. It's made my sessions a lot more fun, and I can't wait for you all to experience it for yourself. I'm only using the Mp3 function because it's the most reliable, and I have dreams of integrating the Groove vest with streaming services so you could download playlists right to your vest. But right now, we're hyper focused on this first run.
